Magnificent! Steven J. Bell This is another magnificent story from Gail Simone. After some pretty stinky releases from other writers (i.e., Mission's End and Amazons Attack) in which the entire Wonder Woman lore is basically tossed out the window and rewritten, it is wonderful that the Wonder Woman series is now in the hands of a writer that really seems to understand the characters- not just Princess Diana bit also the supporting cast. In Simone's capable hands, Wonder Woman is once again a compassionate but powerful warrior, loving but brave, and a sometimes vulnerable heroine that is able to find solutions to problems that do no.
