Because Jeannette Walls has the ability to transport you back in time to the many places where her family has stayed, you feel like you are in Welch, West Virginia with her. Loved it. A great read filled with love and heartbreak. It told, very well, the magic of childhood even in the harshest atmosphere and how one little girl rose above it to become a success. Definitely recommend this book.
