I have read other books by this author and loved them. I can say I was disappointed with Here is my review for the five Elements First Grade Geography Series 1st Grade Books. I went over this book with the following ages, 5, 6 8. 10 and 11. I felt that the book had things for all of them to learn. I did feel that the book was very basic, but it did keep all of the kids interested. Personally I felt that this book left me wanting more. I have read other books by this author and loved them. I can say I was disappointed with the illustrations as they were not as amazing some of the other books that I have read. I think illisrations are impornat at this age as it helps keeps the kids attention to the book.. "great book" according to N-S.
