Only when she candidly confronted a friend, coauthor Smith, who was morbidly obese, did Brzezinski come to realize that her famously stringent attitudes toward food and fitness were just as harmful as her friend’s more indulgent lifestyle. --Carol Haggas . Don't bother! Sally D. Bailey Kind of went here, there, and everywhere. Didn't say anything about food addition or obsession that was new and offered no positive solutions or practical ways of changing society or individuals. In fact, it promoted poor eating habits instead of healthy ones and behavior that is not very helpful in terms of dealing with food. Self-serving, wide margin, low content - only value is to make money for Mika. I'll check in on her in 15 years to see what she looks like. Perhaps her pride will have been tempered by then.
