From those passive aggressive remarks to more brave undercutting, several behavior types are organized and explained. Suggestions for dealing with each are clearly instructed. A short example is given lastly. They are all very practical though putting them into action on the spot will take some practice if, like myself, you are les. Some bad advice -- and they never cover how to handle Carol Weaver-Madsen Way too repetitive. Too often said the equivalent of ignore her (singlular) or look for another job.
