I stayed up, bright eyed and bushy tailed for the release, and I wasn't disappointed. The book is exceptional!It basically opens right at the start of a deadly terrorist attack, and though I have to admit it's not an overly complex book (more on thi. The Hunt For Saladin The previous Silva book "Black Widow had ISIS invading AmericaAmerica was not ready. There were mass casualties when the attack hit Washington D.C. Four and a half stars Silva is my favorite author and has been for many years. This is the first time I give his book less than 5 stars. The writing is excellent, the characters well defined, but I didn't find myself devouring this book the way I did the previous books. The previous book was one of his best, I couldn't put it down. If you've never read books by this author, do yourself a favor, buy one or borrow from your local library. This author is the best spy novelist. The books are exciting and extremely well researched. The events depicted are terrifying yet thrilling
