Absolutely love this "coloring book" J. M. Smith Absolutely love this "coloring book". Unlike many of the coloring books for adults that have come along in the recent fad, these are not "wallpaper" style repeating images. The designs are rather complex and since they are art-nouveau style it can sometimes be difficult to figure out what you're coloring until you've already colored a petal green when you meant all the flowers to be pink. But I do like that the individual. "Colored pencils and gel pens do work in my opinion." according to MedicalGirl. I've ordered five different stained glass coloring books and I love them all. It's nice to use my coloring pages in new ways. I've seen comments that you can't use colored pencils or gel pens. I disagree. I've used both and had great results. Colored pencils give a more subtle effect but I find them very pretty. Gel pens need extra drying time and you must be careful not to smudge the colors as you apply but they are also.
