Mostly complete with a great deal of history, science and illustrations to teach proper qigong exercises. Cohen goes so far as to give guidelines for a healthy diet with lists of foods and where they fall in the qigong categorization system and gives sample qigong regimens one could do.Great to keep on your shelf for a reference in your practice.ONLY PROBLEM: For some reason this VERY comprehensive and well thought out book fails to have an illustration t.
