Too Academic for a Layman, Too Dry for Basically Everybody I bought this text as research material for a paper I am writing in graduate school regarding a robotic fire suppression system I am inventing. I thought the text was informative but too dry for a book that's not a textbook. The author could have gone to much greater lengths to make the text accessible to the layman..
