In elementary school I learned that oil, natural gas, and coal were fossil fuels that came into existence from dinosaur bones breaking down over millions of years. Upon hearing there was methane on Mars, being the smart ass that I am, I wondered if there were dinosaurs on Mars too. That was my launching point for research that makes up the The Dinosaur Lawyer. A little tribute to the backstory can be found in the book with Roman Aristov's career choice. After two and a half years of research and writing the book there was a shocking conclusion, dinosaurs probably weren't real. "What an interesting premise" according to vphung. The author made a boom with the premise that dinosaurs never existed. That's the gist of the story with some characters that help present the information so it's not ultra dry. At the end, I have to say the case against dinosaurs was really persuasive. This author has you questioning everything you ever believed about dinosaurs!! I have been a fan of the first two books by this author and he did it again. This book makes you think quite a bit and I am now questioning some of what I have always believed to be true Were dinosaurs real?? The facts and information in this book keeps you thinking!
