This book has a great variety of classic Benny Goodman tunes, but if you really want to play them with style, it's crucial that you listen to recordings as you learn to play the songs. A demo CD would have been a great addition to this book. Personally, I use Spotify or YouTube to look up the songs as I'm playing, because I like to hear the way they were actually played. If you treat the music like you'd treat a classical concert piece, it just won't sound the same.One minor complaint about this book is the binding. It uses standard . C. M.
