Emerson is best friends with Quinn, her stepsister, and Cole. When Co. Really, Really Good I saw the other reviews and decided to give it a try. This is an amazing story. The two main characters are so endearing. Jax is swoon-worthy in a 'best book boyfriend ever' kind of way. He reminds me so much of Travis Maddox (from Beautiful Disaster) but WITHOUT all of the insecurities. Emerson is my new favorite heroine. She is so complex: when single, she is confident and self-assured and able to handle other people's negativity with a shrug of her shoulders, when attached to Jax, she struggles with all of the same insecurities that many women face. She is damaged and wants. "5 stars" according to Hanne. I loved it! Emerson and Jaxon are amazing characters. I loved them together. They are smart and passionate about the same things. Jaxon is the man Emerson needs. He waits for her to be ready and he’s a great friend for her. They love to spend time together. Emerson was a little difficult to love sometimes, but I understood her insecurities. I really loved her at the end.
