I listened to the audio while following along in the book. I work in banking, and this book had some relevant examples for mortgage companies - really useful for me. The book isn't a light read, but is more approachable then some of the "heavier" Six Sigma books. There are lots of good charts and diagrams to make the whole concept easier to understand - again, really useful for me as I'm a visual learner. Six Sigma isn't really rocket science, but it is different than some other types of quality control, system improvement, and management books. It can be applied and.
