DESCRIPTION:

Strictly speaking, however, I think you might skip ahead to the "Define" chapter without too much harm.Even after achieving my certification, I have frequently referenced sections of this book as a six sigma practitioner. It has pride of place on my desk beside my laptop bec. Great book! I haven't quite finished this book yet, but it's much more interesting and easy to read than I expected! I hope that this will prepare me well for certification in the near future. I would definitely recommend the book for reading and reference.. Jason S. said Great Book to get!.
