I read this right after reading "Desperation", which was an insanely awesome book. The Regulators uses some of the characters from Desperation which I found a great twist. The Regulators grabs you in the first few pages and it's hard to put down. The twists,turns, and surprises are fantastic. It was a "different" world you escape into while reading this. SK has such a great imagination and used it to his full ability in this book. You feel as if you are really on Poplar Street!!!. Super Creepy, exactly as expected leeanne baskett I am a huge fan. This was different than the book "Desperation" but not very. The characters were the same, but the wheres the whos and the hows are different. Didnt matter really which book i read first.
