"Love the book, hate the small print" according to Sandra H.. I use to have this in several books. While I love Shakespeare, this book is very large because all his writings are in the one book. For those of us with poor eyesight it may be difficult to read even with reading glasses. The print is very small.. No notes! very basic. Returned but only got $7 refundwhy?. Oxford single play is much better. Amazon Customer Disappointed and returning it. If you like your page bottom notes, forget it. THERE ARE NONE zip, zero. There is a glossary in the back with simple definitions. Play introductions are very basic, 3/4 of a page? I got a Richard II from the library, an Oxford single play, and it has a full and interesting introduction, page bottom notes, etc, etc. Ardenish. u get what u pay 4. I have several other less expensive "budget collections" which provide the same as this. My close re. "A bloody good read!!!" according to Vernon. I especially love the sonnets! But his classic works never seem to go out of style; even in current contemporary re-telling. His inspiration from Greek and Roman classic theaters are well translated and read like a continuum for current classical studies. I also look forward to reading some of Shakespeare's other works which I had heretofore not seen.
