Scales, Ph.D., Dean of USC School of Theatre . ".A long-needed collection of information on how specific problems have been approached and solved. To me the most valuable use of Technical Brief is not how to copy how someone else solved a particular problem, but to see the approach, materials, and techniques that were used which give me an idea how I might approach the problems I need to solve." Elvis Awalt said Five Stars. Great reference tool!. "Informative, but dated." according to David Baxter. Both this book and it's sister, Volume 1, contain a great selection of techniques and designs to answer your "How do I ?" questions on stage construction. They cover many aspects, from costumes and makeup, to rigging and platform construction. There are undoubtedly things I will use or make in the future that will come from these books. The shortfall is that these were compiled some time ago and do not contain any mention or use of computers, nor are any url's referenced. Google searches for some of the companies . Great case! this case is very thin and it obviously gives very good protection. I also get a lot of compliments on it. I highly recommend it for the note 3.
