This is definitely not a hands-on how-to training guide for people who would like step-by-step examples, lessons or exercises to follow and learn from.I'm shocked to see people professing how great this book is for begineers and experts. If you are consultant, perhaps this helps you to learn, and communicate to others, WHAT the . I had to use this for a class and only had to read the first 8 chapters.This book is okay.
