As a person who has become more serious in nutrition since I was diagnosed with an eye disease, I did learn some things. Would recommend it to anyone diagnosed with an eye disease or anyone who wants to prevent an eye disease.. Hope for people with macular degeneration (and some other "hopeless" diseases) A diagnosis that includes impending blindness is horrifying! The news that the most widespread form of medically incurable blindness--macular degeneration--can be avoided, and even reversed, strikes me as earth-shaking!Sadly, some so-called "alternative" health practitioners reduce the credibility of their possibly life-supporting messages by practicing lousy science and writing about it in lousy English.
