So far, our all-time favourite recipe from this book is the Kaffir Lime, White Chocolate and Coconut Truffles. Delicious. Every time I make them, guests ask for the recipe - I've yet to meet anyone who doesn't love these little white balls of loveliness. Other recipes I have tried include Passionfruit Coconut Brulee, Coconut and Lime Pos. A breath of fresh air ! Recipes are very accessible ,straight forward and logical without too many expensive or difficult to find ingredients .
