"Nice memorization system that works." according to Amazon Customer. Working with her short system got me to finally memorize the notes by letter, without counting or otherwise being slow. You memorize visually, not by ear.I tried using flashcards, but I find the drills in her book faster and more fun to use.Note that if you're using kindle on a cell phone, you will need to select the diagrams (like the drill sheets) and hit magnify. It's a com. recommend but needs editing Art Recommend as a good approach to reading music, but author needs an editor. Beware of about 4 errors in first book. For me, it was a nice challenge to keep me on guard, but this does not change the fact that it needs editing.. Proofread?!come on Amazon?! Amazon Customer Great lessons! I'm sure a great hard copy book! However, the Kindle edition like most, has typos! Unfortunately some are in the answers to the quizzes and in the "Note Attack & Say It out Loud" statements. Still, bought the next 2 levels!
