Excellent book! I first saw Jerry Uelsmann's work in the sixties when we were stranded in a Chicago Airport by a snowstorm, waiting for the same commuter plane. He was in his late twenties then and carrying a portfolio of his work. As we talked, he shared it with me. I knew. "Beautiful hard work in action" according to Anonymous. As someone who shoots on film and works in the darkroom, I can not recommend this artist enough.If you want to know how he accomplishes this his work then read Uelsmann: Process and Perception.
