"oldie but goodie" according to Keith L. Kizziar. Old SiFi thriller with a moral twist. Good read. Set in the sixties the author tries to show the bad side of being the only superpower. A position we are in yet again.. "Interesting Concept" according to Amazon Customer. The idea of the story was interesting and caught my interest fairly quickly. The characters were not developed well, but the plot was. The protagonist kept me thinking through most of the story. This was a good quick read.. Showing its age Somewhat entertaining but its age is showing. The solution to the mystery is too obvious (and had become an over used staple of cold war era SF).
