"This book covers a huge amount of subject matter & contains increadable art work!!!" according to Leo Hott. Over all this is a beautiful introduction into the world of medieval amour weapons & combat . The color pictures of the battles are awesome & give you a great look at the art style of the time with the color plates. This book does not go into great detail about combat styles & if your looking for a book to help train you in medieval weapons systems this is not what your looking for. The line drawings are exceptionally good and translate the fightin. Five Stars good history of development and use of wepons and armor, troops and some tactics.very well written and illistrated.
