Thoroughly enjoyed looking thru the book especially reading short descriptions of What an interesting book. Thoroughly enjoyed looking thru the book especially reading short descriptions of each lighthouse including the year they where built. The photos are great using many different angles and at night,daylight,sunset,sunrise and more. I especially enjoyed the short descriptions of each lighthouse I like to pick up the book while I am watching TV to thumb thru and enjoy yet not have to get deeply into reading too much information. Well worth the price.. lighthouse painter I am on disablity and i love to draw and paint lighthouses so when I found this book I was in heaven the pictures are fantastic and the detail is great. Twenty American states are represented: Michigan, 15; Wisconsin, 9; California, 8; Florida, 7; Oregon, North Carolina, and Maine, 5 each; Minnesota, 4; New York, 3; Massachusetts and Ohio, 2 each; and Pennsylvania, Virginia, Alaska, Washington, Illinois, New Jersey, South Carolina, and Rhode Island, 1 each. lighthouses.
