Amazon Customer said Meh. Some good, some not so good.. Perhaps if I knew who Mika was, or watched more television, I would find this book more beneficial. I have never seen her show, and maybe am missing the connection between this book and her persona. But without that connection, this book is merely OK. And wow! talk about making the same point o. Great book, very reminiscent of "Lean In," but effectively focuses on the theme of wages. ML There are only a few "how to" paragraphs, as most of the book discusses what we are doing incorrectly, and the impact that it creates. Brzezinsky has an interesting personal story that is presented in snippets throughout the book, and her narrative is supplemented by interviews of successful ex. Kelsey said but this book made a difference in my life and I highly recommend it!. Read this while I was job hunting. I did something I had never done before when offered a job. I negotiated and it worked! They came back with a counter offer. Now, I'm still underpaid (of course, ha!), but this book made a difference in my life and I highly recommend it!
