Soul-crushing. Student4Life I wish I could give this book less than one star. It is terrible. Truly awful. After four years for an undergraduate degree and two-and-a-half more for a masters, I can say this is the most soul-crushing, deadly-boring, poorly written text I've come across. It seems as if the author is playing a game with himself: "If it takes ten words to make my point, how many more words can I add to stretch it to a paragraph?" You'd think the publisher is paying by the word. If there is . don't. just don't. This was one of THE WORST books I've ever read for school. It's a complete bore-fest and rather oddly worded at times. It cured my insomnia and sleep deprivation, as it helped me sleep in class, whenever I read it at home, and when studying for exams.On the plus side, if you take academics aside, this thing is the Swiss army knife of books.As a pillow it's OK, kinda on the hard side of things, but it works.
