RJ said Overly simple. This book touches on the basics of real estate investing and gives a quick overview of most of the topics. The problem I had with the book is that it does not properly address the dangers of some of their suggested financing methods and being overly leveraged to a dangerous point. I know some will say that should not be in a "101" level book but I disagree. Misunderstanding financing is a part of what caused the economic recession and I think the book offers ways of leveraging too much money. One such way was with their home equity line of credit to . I honestly got to a point where I was skimming to just have a heads up of where the next "click here" was located at. Next time guys, leave the links out.
