Edward Rossi said Some Good Info. There is some good info in this book, however, some of the chapters drone on and are very redundant. In addition, the book seems to be more of an advertising pamphlet for the Authors business rather than an independent work on the topic. Which there is nothing wrong with, however, it does get a bit "salesman" at times. There are definitely good tips in this book about how to approach your insurance company about a claim and also how to handle the insurance companies adjuster during the process. I feel the book is worth a read and is a worthy reference book during a claim, however, just be prepared for. Need more specifics Wish book would give more details or specifics on dealing with insurance adjusters. For example, when insured is denied, what are the steps one should take against insurance company. Good book for general outline on fighting insurance company.. "Four Stars" according to tonyguitar.
