Bob M said Big book, big selection of topics, bigger educational value!. This book is big and detailed and covers specific real estate topics in each chapter that are written by experts in their field. The chapter on LLC's was very helpful and we're implementing the recommendations.. "Useless" according to TJD. I've read all of Robert Kiyosaki's books which I thought were all great and motivational. But some of his newer stuff is just reiterations of the old stuff. Financial IQ was one of the newest ones and while I did enjoy it, I don't really think I needed to read it for anything other than motivation (and since motivation is my #1 problem I did read and enjoy it!).Rich Dad's Adviser's books are very good too. They're in-depth and give you great information. Garrett Sutton or Diane Kennedy, for example, really give you a lot of know-how.This "Real Book of Real Estate," . The Basics Matter What an excellent book, providing all the basics that are needed to get started. I would have saved SO much money and headaches had I studied and used Rich Dads advice from the beginning! Lessons are expensive! Read and follow the advice on every deal!
