Most of the books I've seen are learning to play are a bit intimidating or they are for children. This book starts from the start, and builds little by little. Very well done, and you can't b. Playing with a friend becomes much more interesting sounding when one of you can learn the harmony. My teacher uses this as a complement to the Suzuki viola book. There is some overlap in the song.
