Nathan Erickson The three books are great, a little unusual at first but that's just Asimov's writing style, it'll normalize after the first chapter and you'll find yourself burning through the content.The book's hardware is great! The hard purple cover, with the lovely sci-fi circuitry artwork, with the painting in the middle, it all looks great. The little bookmark ribbon that's included was a happy surprise, I really appreciated that. The golden edge on the pages makes it feel like a holy book, lol.The only odd part? There . For a long time I chose not to read The Foundation novels because I imagined they would be too detailed and hard-core science fiction for me to enjoy, but I was wrong.This book is a quick read, but it is not a children's book. Asimov traversed the future in leaps of time and kept sense of it all while introducing new characters and stories with each leap, all the while melding the past with the future.
