It's his story minus anything that you could actually use. Its supposed to be a book to motivate but falls short. It's full of typos and the sentences are spaced out in a way that is really jarring to anyone that is used to standard paragraph format. If. Not what I expected. I found that Keith's YouTube videos were much more useful than the book.At least Keith took some kind of steps to get his thoughts in print.. Nathanj916 said Poorly written. Poorly written book grammar errors no structure or flow. If you have a jr high level education this book would probably be great for you. Content is sub par at best.
