Scott Zyromski and Mariani’s book is a gem and truly a user-friendly manual chalked full of tips and tools for school counselors.As a school counseling faculty member and previous school counselor, I can see using this book in many ways. This is an excellent book to use when training future school counselors: it breaks down the process of EBSCing in simple terms, and applies the process through the lens of the ASCA National Model and comprehensive school counseling, which is crucial. I can see. well written and easy to use Amazon Customer well written and easy to use, great guide for counselors! We will be implementing this in our school starting Summer 2016.
